For independent practices
For the conversations that start with a price.
A consultation slows at the estimate. A client reads out an online pharmacy price at the front desk.
Rightvet Intelligence puts your local market in front of your team: every fee against a median personalised to your practice, every medicine price across the 10 online pharmacies Rightvet tracks, counted as a client would pay it, and a private workspace to model a change, set alerts and answer a client at the desk.
Independent, impartial, accurate: every published service fee, and medicine prices from 10 of the largest online pharmacies, updated daily. No two practices see the same numbers.
The evidence, as your team would see it.
A fee change at a practice nearby usually arrives second-hand: a client mentions it at reception, and your team hears the market move after it has happened. Around 1 in 4 UK practices still show no prices online, and the fees that are published sit on separate websites, so nobody has had the local picture.
These are the six screens Intelligence puts in front of your team. The fee benchmark shows each of your published fees against the nearest 8 practices that publish theirs, and the local median, with the observation date on every line. The medicine view totals an online price all-in.
A representative practice, with representative figures. Your own view is private to your team.
The benchmarks use published fees only. Nothing is estimated: where a practice near you has not published a fee, the benchmark says so. Every comparison is built from information that is already public, and your private view is a workspace for your team, not visible to other practices or to pet owners.
Built for independent practices.
Practices that are part of a larger group have central teams reading the market. Rightvet holds the published record.
The published record
96,278
published fees across 3,825 UK practices, read daily
For context: the profession's members-only fee survey runs once a year, and drew 148 responses in 2025.
Intelligence turns that record into a live local median, personalised to your practice and built from the nearest practices that publish.
Medicine pricing
Medicine pricing, with everything counted.
Medicine pricing is where client pressure often appears first. Rightvet tracks 10 online pharmacies: 1,122 POM-V and POM-VPS prescription medicines, matched to the VMD register across 4,694 listings, each set against your practice price with item price, prescription fee, postage, stock, delivery time, ownership and public ratings side by side. Movements flow into your private view as they are observed, and alerts are configurable by your team.
That keeps the dispense-or-prescribe call sustainable. Your team can see where dispensing remains viable; where signposting is the better answer for the client, the independent options are in the comparison by name. The comparison a client makes on their phone is the comparison on your screen. The conversation starts from the same numbers.
Tracked: Animed Direct, Pet Drugs Online, Vetscriptions and VetUK, owned by veterinary groups; Hyperdrug, The PharmPet Co and VioVet, owned by other companies; VetDispense, VetMedi and Weldricks, fully independent. Ownership verified by Rightvet against Companies House, 10/06/2026.
Two routes for practices. One for partners.
Visibility is the free route for keeping your public record right. Intelligence is the private market view for decisions about your fees and medicines. Rightvet Data serves PMS providers, insurers, researchers and policy teams.
The terms, plainly.
Your first benchmark, the same day.
Choose your site and verify that you are authorised to manage it. Your published fees are already on file, so your first local benchmark is visible the same day. Alerts follow as your team switches them on. A fee review may end in no change; the evidence is there either way.
Subscribing does not change your public profile.
Subscribing does not change your public Rightvet Score, your ranking or your position. A subscriber's public profile is the same after they pay as before, and anyone can compare a profile before and after. Practices can complete the record. They cannot buy a better score.
If you take Intelligence for a year.
Your subscription buys 12 months of Intelligence for the named site, at the rate you joined on. Cancelling stops renewal; access runs to the end of the paid period, and your public profile is untouched. Corrections to your public record are free for every practice, subscriber or not.
The next time the question comes up.
If you want the public record behind your profile to be right, Visibility is free. If you want the local evidence in the room when a client asks about a price, look at Intelligence.
